About Rowan
Starting as an actor at the age of thirteen, I discovered a passion for the art of filmmaking. In college, I transitioned to working behind the camera and studied photography under Kevin Salemme, eventually publishing my first exhibit, "Being Merrimack", in the spring of 2023. I pride myself on being a versatile creator, developing a diverse portfolio, working with various brands and clients, and experiencing a wide range of production environments. I'm now based in New York City, working full-time as a freelance Photographer and Camera Assistant.
Some of my credits include: Camera Production Assistant on Netflix's Gabby's Dollhouse, 2nd Assistant Camera for the upcoming thriller short "Oh Solo Violet", and Key PA/Still Photographer on the award-winning Caleb Reese Paul film "Pulpitum".
